Marlaena has presented her first book, Black and White Cat, White and Black Dog, to thousands of children and adults.

She tells about the realistic process of creating books — the wonderful parts of bookmaking as well as the not-so-wonderful parts that nobody thinks about, like rewriting, redrawing, and other obstacles. She always spends as much time as possible answering everyone’s questions about how to become an artist and an author.
